All products sold in this store are from KitchenAid and are non-refundable.

If there are any issues with the product, customers need to contact our repair department for inspection or repair (excluding damage caused by human error).

In case of any dispute, KitchenAid reserves the right of final decision.

 

The KitchenAid official flagship store offers a "7-day product exchange guarantee." Within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the date of receipt), customers can request an exchange for reasons of defect, damage, or malfunction. All products are non-refundable and non-returnable; only product replacement is permitted.

If your application for a replacement is successfully approved, the product must meet the following requirements:

- Each product can only be replaced once.

- Only replacements of the same model are allowed.

- A valid receipt or order record is required for the replacement.

- Replacements must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt.

- The product must be in its original condition, i.e., without any damage, scratches, or use.

- The product's outer packaging must be intact: the packaging must not be damaged, stained, or have any foreign objects such as tape or shipping labels attached.

- All accessories, attachments, user manuals, and warranty certificates (if not filled out) must be complete and returned with the product.

 

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

- Products not purchased from the KitchenAid official flagship store

- Products that do not meet the exchange criteria

- Product accessories

- Display products

- Designated discounted products

- Gifts

- Products damaged due to improper use/installation
