Delivery / Return Policy
• Items under “Merchant Delivery” from this store cannot be combined with items from other merchants for shipping fee calculation.
• Free delivery service is offered for any "Merchant Delivery" item purchased from our store.
• If a customer needs to change the delivery information after an order has been placed, the customer must contact SF Express directly and bear any related handling charges.
• Order dispatch time: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.
• If an order includes any gift(s), the customer must return the relevant gift(s) together with the returned item(s), whether requesting a full or partial return. The merchant reserves the right to reject the return request if the gift(s) are not returned.
• In case of any disputes, the merchant reserves the right of final decision without prior notice.
