一切都由最基本的開始——我們所有的衛生套使用最高質素的原材料製造，而每一個衛生套都經過電子測試。每一批次的樣本都注入空氣，以測試衛生套的堅韌度。
國際標準要求一個衛生套在「空氣爆破試驗」中，可以承受18公升空氣，而一個杜蕾斯衛生套普遍而言可以承受40公升的空氣而保持不破裂。這只是我們其中一個例子，顯示我們不止追求達到國際要求的安全品質標準，而且還要作出超越。
衛生套的樣本會注入水份，確保衛生套不會滲漏。為了安全，我們每月大概進行二百萬次注水測試。
所有不同類型的衛生套都經過皮膚測試。
如果有任何一個樣本未能通過測試，該批次多達432,000 個衛生套將會被銷毀。
